When a person falls in love with another the most important thing to remember is that we must give the other person full freedom of what they want to do and not bind them to do things that we like. There are times when we feel that people don’t like us or love us but it is possible that we don’t give ourselves the much needed attention or love ourselves. Through this book author has given us different quotes which will help us know the true meaning of love. Love is a blessing that all of us receive and how it is not only about receiving but also about respecting the other person and giving him/her the required space.                 The things that I liked the most about this book: ·          Author has given an opportunity to the readers to write their own quotes/feelings on what they feel about the topic ·

When we hear the words ‘Spirituality’, ‘Meditation’ or ‘Siddhi’ the only thing that comes to our mind is going far away from the material world but through this book the author has told us how regularly following certain practice followed at home can also help us tremendously.   On a Journey of Life Author: Kajal Rai & Nivedita Karmaran Pages: 104                   ‘On a Journey of Life’ by Kajal Rai & Nivedita Karmaran is a collection of two short stories wherein the protagonists of both the stories have to a decision or rather chose which will decide their future. In the first story ‘As the Miles Went By’ by Kajal Rai is a story that revolves around Saanchi who lost her mother. Soon, Saanchi gets to read her mother’s diary which lets her have a glimpse in her mother’s life and revisit and relive the memories of her mom. In the second story ‘That Summer’ by Nivedita Karmaran is a story that revolves around Rashi and Laltu’s friendship. Rashi belongs to a rich family whereas Laltu is a college dropout but they both develop friendship but soon due to some circumstances Rashi’s family shifts to other place. Fractured Mosaic Author: Sabarna Roy Pages: 119                   ‘Fractured Mosaic’ by Sabarna Roy is a book that gives us a glimpse in the thought process and interests of the author. Author has talked about various topics such as books, movies and pandemic and also about his personal experiences etc. I have read other books from the author and loved his writing style a lot. Since, this book is a collection of personal thought about different thoughts there might be some readers who might have different views about some topics. But there are some topics which will surely make the readers ponder and some which will the readers will feel connected with.                 Language is simple and lucid. The narration is done nicely and the cover page is really beautiful. The title of the book is also apt to the book.                 Overall, it is a book where the readers will find varied types of writings such as poems, short stories, etc. and I would surely recommend it to all.

Parents sometimes need to be cautious about their children and talk to them so that the child connects to the parent and opens up to him/her.
