2020 – Life In The Eye Of A Storm Author: Dr. Vinay Bansal Pages: 30                 Life in the eye of a storm is a very short book that revolves around the turmoil that the whole world is going through. This book actually gives a few tips on how to go about during these stressful times and how we should think about it as an opportunity to learn new things. The book tells us about the different challenges for mental balance and I liked the fact that each chapter’s title is a question put forward to the readers. Each chapter will make the readers ponder and question themselves on what their thinking and opinion are. Language is simple and lucid. The narration is done beautifully with examples that will make the author’s point more clear. The book cover is very attractive with the whole meditating person in the eye. The title of the book is also very interesting and will surely attract the readers. I must say that this is a perfect self-help book. My Rating: 5/5
