'The Monks Secret: "99 Pages to Acquire the Art of Living a Happy Life"' is a self help book which will help the readers to manage their time and also on how to build confidence. The book is divided into four parts or as the author has mentioned four pillar strategy, namely:

1.       Uno: In this part the author has shown how the readers can organize their work and get their work done efficiently

2.       Dos: In this section the author discusses how one can regain his or her awareness and attain the feeling of realization

3.       Tres: In this section the author gives us the mantra 'Think - Believe - Achieve and how over thinking and self doubt can affect our self confidence and achievement has been depicted in this session.

4.       Cuattro: Here we get to see how we humans desire to be appreciated and want to be a person who is liked by everyone and how this can be achieved

My Thoughts:

I liked how the author has practically explained each of the topic which will make the readers ponder and lead a happy life. Author has given us some examples which revolve around real people which will actually give the readers a glimpse of how we can prioritize our work and complete them efficiently. We normally have all the answers to our questions but self doubt and fear of failure deteriorate things even before we start on our work has been explained nicely in this book.

I really feel that if readers honestly follow the tips and ideas given  by the author through this book can bring in drastic changes in their life.

Overall, I really liked this book and would recommend this book to someone who is looking forward to start reading self help books.
