My Thoughts:
The
plot of the story is very different from the stories we mostly read. The author
has researched a lot about the condition that Angel is going through and the
chemicals too. I liked the story but at a point I thought that it was quite
repetitive and it was sad to see Emma and Angel suffer so much continuously.
I
liked the writing style of the author. The narration was good. The pace of the
story could have been better it was difficult to grasp the story quickly.
The
characters are well-developed and relatable. The pain and the suffering that an
adult and a child goes through has been depicted excellently.
The
cover page is beautiful as well as the
title of the story is apt to the story.
Overall, it was a good read and I
would suggest this book to someone who’s looking to read something short.
My Rating: 4/5
