Dangling Gandhi Author: Jayanthi Shankar Pages: 150 ‘Dangling Gandhi’ by Jayanthi Shankar is a collection of 12 short stories where we get to see a range of human emotions, the various class that we people have designated ourselves with, etc. Each story has a unique concept and plot set in the colonial era of Singapore and some in Southern parts of India. We get to see the living conditions of people from those times and also learn the different cultures and the struggles of people during those times.
