The story begins with Rakesh who is trying to run away from Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration. Rakesh has the dream of becoming a stand-up comedian but somehow feels like he is stuck in a jail and needs to run away to fulfil this dream of his. But, Vikram finds him and convinces him to give up his idea of running and getting back to the academy.
