We all have been through hard phases and start doubting ourselves. In this process we forget about all the happy moments we had at some point of time in our life. In this process of our contemplating about our sadness we attract more of negative thoughts and this leads us to a vicious circle where we attract all that we don’t want in our life.

‘Marrying Happiness’ is a book with motivational quotes which will actually help the readers to come out of their sadness and rethink about what life actually is. While reading this book I could actually relate to a lot of quotes where we actually think why a particular thing is happening to me/us. We all should remember one thing that problematic days are not going to be forever and once should strive to overcome these problems by hard work and they would surely succeed one day.

Some of my favourite quotes are as follows:

1.       When we begin to learn walking, we fall down many times but every time we get up and try walking again until we master it. Life is similar, you may fall many times but if you keep getting up and try again, there will be a day when you will never fall again.
2.       Love people for who they are and you will find that people will also love you for who you are!
3.       If you have fallen down, don’t despair. Once you get up, nobody would even remember that you were down once, unless you keep reminding it to yourself.
4.       Don’t worry, if you experience rejection in love. There will be many others who will die a thousand deaths to be with you and love you.

The language is simple and lucid and hence the readers won’t have much difficulty. I liked the concept of the book it has so much quotes that you will surely relate to some or the other quote.

The overall gist of the book is that happiness is all within us and we should try our best to go through all our days with a positive attitude. As we all know every successful person has faced failure at some point in his/her life. It is we who have to learn from our failures and try to make the necessary corrections and make our life and others life happier.

My Rating: 5/5
