My Thoughts:

I really loved this story a lot. Author has tried to bring awareness that all children are equal and should get an opportunity/environment wherein they can do their best. Schools and societies should be inclusive and should accept children with disability as they too are a part of this society. If given an opportunity they can even excel us i.e. ‘normal’ people and this has been excellently shown by the author through this story.

Characters are well developed and realistic. I really loved all the characters in this book. Even after going through such a big accident Anna never lost her positivity and always tried to do her best in everything. The friendship that she shares with Leena and later with David and Daisy is very cute. I liked how these friends are there for each other and even though there were some problems previously Anna is mature enough to not hold any grudges against them and welcomed each one with open arms. Anna’s parents are always motivating her and never got sad about the situation in which Anna is and always looked at the bright side.

Language is simple and lucid. The narration is done excellently and I really loved the writing style of the author. Book cover and title of the book are apt to the plot.

Overall, this was a really beautiful story and I really loved it a lot and would surely recommend it to all. Looking forward to read more stories from Urvashi ma’am.
