‘TPM Theatro-Plasticity Method’ by Sumedh Chatterjee is a book that shows us the readers certain techniques that can be used in our life to change to our perspectives, how we can develop our skills and also to look at things differently. Author has shown us how using theater and acting techniques we can achieve our goals and develop a character that we all wish for. All human beings are different and their goals in life too are different hence each person has to act accordingly till the time we actually become it is nicely depicted by the author in this book.

What I liked the most about this book:

·         Practical approach through which the readers can develop themselves.

·         Summary provided at the end of each chapter which helps the readers to know what exactly they have read.

·         Diagrams given to help explain the concept in such a manner that a layman can understand them.

·         I liked how the author has given footnotes to give a better clarity of where the concept came from

Language is simple and lucid. The narration is nicely done and I must mention that the author has provided some examples while explaining the topics which will give the readers a deep insight into the topic.

Overall, it was a nice read which will enable the readers to see the world in a different light and will also show the readers how important it is to “Act it till you become it’ instead of “Fake it till you make it”.
