My Thoughts:

                This book will surely help the readers and by readers I mean not people who are pursuing a new career but also those who are working at managerial levels too. The author has discussed how to handle people who are working under us and also making sure that we work in such a manner that both are satisfied and understanding of each other. Author has also given some useful tips which can be followed in our day to day life.

                Language is simple and lucid. I liked how the author has given quotes which are apt to the situations. The case study discussed by the author will also help the readers to know how these famous and successful people or entrepreneurs have gone through so many struggles but never gave up to reach  their destination.

                The book cover is simple yet tells us what the book is about and how the book intends to help the readers. The title is also apt to the book.

                Overall, I would say that this is a well researched and as the title of the book suggests a practical guide for career success with doable tips for everyone to follow. I will surely recommend this book to all.
