'Egolution: Volume 1 - Revolution Starts Within' by Jessica Noifeld is a collection of poems which revolve around various emotions, addiction and motivation. I liked how the author has mentioned that we humans always have unending needs which somewhat results in destruction, addiction and ill health. Many times we really need to sit and search of the real meaning of life and why is it that we cannot find peace, what is the reason behind our anxiety and stress? The answers are all within us but it's just that we ignore ourselves and are just running behind something which we still not aware of. These feelings of passion, desire, ego, anxiety, stress are nicely depicted by the author through these poems. To know more read 'Egolution - Volume 1 - Revolution Starts Within.
Author has nicely depicted various feelings that we experience through these poems. I loved how the author has given a very deep meaning through the line - Know Thy Ego. Know Thy Self. Egolution. Language is simple and lucid.
Some of my favorite poems are as follows:

· Sugar-Coated Spirits
· Haters
I really enjoyed reading this beautiful collection of poems and would surely recommend the book.
