 Worry Bee

Author: Ann Biese

Illustrated by: Colleen Sgroi

Pages: 38

‘Worry Bee’ by Ann Biese is a book which deals with a very important topic and that is stress. We normally experience stress be it while studying or if we have forgotten something important to do. But stress is not only seen in a particular age group or gender but everyone goes through stress at some point in life. This is beautifully depicted through this short story where the bee gets stressed in some situations but then she overcomes this stress through some amazing techniques. To know more about these techniques and some useful tips read ‘Worry Bee’

I really enjoyed reading this book which will surely provide kids with some very useful techniques which need to be taught to them from a very young age. The illustrations are really beautiful and I would surely recommend this book to all the children.
