‘Traveller Inceptio’ by Rob Shackleford is a book that will take us 1000 years in the past. It revolves around a Transporter which is accidentally created and a man is sent back in the past in England. The condition in this period is very dangerous and without proper training or any idea it will be a very difficult task to survive.  A highly efficient force is sent back to the period but will they be able to survive in this unfamiliar historic period and get over the various set of difficulties? The living conditions are different, the environment is different and the technology too is different will they be able cope up and adjust to this different setting? To know more read ‘Traveller Inceptio’.

The plot is well written and is a perfect blend of history, science fiction, action, adventure. We get to read three stories running together and the author has excellently connected them together. The journey to the past was quite adventurous and it was described aptly how they adjust to the situation and learn from the basic is worth reading.

The characters are well developed and each of them surely had their own viewpoints to offer in the book.

Language is simple and lucid and the narration is done nicely. The pace of the book is fast but it suits the overall plot. The world building is nicely done and it will surely intrigue the readers.

The book cover and the title of the book is apt to the plot.

Overall, it was a nice read and I would surely recommend it to all.
