                ‘Voices in my Head’ by Yameer Adhar is a self help book wherein the author has shared his real life experiences. The very first chapter tells us how we humans are normally inclined towards who we are? What caste, religion, sect we belong to? The author has also described his own experience wherein people had bullied him due to his surname. Author has also told us how we become what we think and the importance of affirmations. We normally think negatively and in turn we get similar kind of experiences. Hence, we should try our best to think positively. Overall, the author has shown us how we ourselves can overcome these problems and create a better world for ourselves and for others. The required weapons to overcome these problems are there within us and we must learn how to use them. To know more read ‘Voices in my Head’.

                I liked how the author has shared his own experiences and even suggested tips which we can follow in our day to day life. These tips will surely help all the readers to maintain a healthy lifestyle and at the same time look at things positively. Language is simple and lucid. The title is apt to the whole idea of the book.

                Overall, I would say that the book will surely be helpful with its easy to follow tips and with the author’s hands insight on the various topics.
