Game of Codes

Author: Deepak Kaul
Pages: 67

‘Game of Codes’ by Deepak Kaul is a parody o f the famous book series ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’. The book is set in the current business scenario but the funny part is that the characters are from the series. I must say that the author has excellently co-related the series with the current scenarios. The plot is uniquely blended with the series and its character making the overall plot amazing. The characters are presented in a different way and at times they will also make you laugh. I liked the writing style of the author and at times it is very sarcastic and at times will leave you laughing. Language is simple and lucid and the narration is to the point. The pace of the book is also good making the reading more pleasurable. The book cover is simple yet meaningful and is apt to the plot. The title of the book is also apt to the plot.

Overall, it was a good read and I would surely recommend it to all.

My Rating: 4/5
