My Thoughts:
The plot
is very interesting and the bravery of the soldiers has been nicely depicted.
The bravery, selfless love for the country and how they don’t think about their
family their loved ones first keeping the country on the priority is
commendable. I loved the plot and the twist and turns in the book kept me on
the edge throughout the book.
The characters
are portrayed beautifully. Jaswant Singh’s character is beautifully written. We
get to see the many difficulties and sacrifices that our soldiers do only to
keep us safe. The sacrifice their family their loved one and this has been
nicely shown by the author.
The
language is simple and lucid and the narration is done beautifully.
The book
cover and the title of the book is apt
to the story.
Overall,
I loved reading this book and I would recommend it to everyone.
