‘The ON Side of OFFice’ by Himanshu Saxena is a book which will give the readers a glimpse of a life of a daily office goer. The name itself is so innovative that the readers will be eager to know what are the ON side and what are the OFF side. The book gives us an insight of what happens in the four walls of office and what kind of people we normally encounter with. The author has a total of 16 years plus experience of going to the office and shared his experience with us in humorous ways.  To know what goes on daily in the life of an office goer and the daily encounter he gets read The ON Side of OFFice.

My Thoughts:

This is the first time I have read such a book which tells us what each of us at some point of life have gone through. The different types of people we meet and how initially we all are awkward on the first day but later on make good friends. If you are someone who goes to office you are about to encounter your life in this book.

The language is simple and easy and the readers can go through the book easily.

The writing style of the author is very good and the narration is made in first person which makes the book even more interactive. I have to say that the author has done a keen observation and has identified all the different types of people we find in an office.

Overall I loved the concept of this book and would surely recommend it all the office goers and to someone who wants to know what office life looks like.

My Rating: 4/5
