‘Freedom – Human Trafficking and Encounter with Soul’ by JNK is a book which has two different stories. The first one being on Human Trafficking and the second one where our protangonist has an encounter with a soul. Let us have a look at the two stories –

My Thoughts:

The book has two stories and both have very unique plots. The author has blended suspense, spirituality, thrill. The story was engaging and I was very excited to know what happens next. The end was a bit disappointing as the end is a bit rushed and will keep the readers guessing as to what must have happened in both the stories.

The language of the book is simple and lucid. But the book needs to be edited there are a few spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Other wise the writing style of the author is pretty good.

Speaking about the characters there are too many characters and might confuse the readers. The characters are well developed but they are way too perfect in Human Trafficking story. Like our protagonist Honey is always thinking about others. I liked Soul and the way he helps Rasbeen in achieving her goal and how he enlightens her with his knowledge.

The narration was a bit repetitive at certain places and needs to be worked on. I felt like I wanted to know a bit more about certain things but it ended very abruptly. The pace of the book was a bit too fast.

Overall, it was a good read and would surely recommend to my friends.

My Rating: 4/5
