As the title of the book suggests these stories are fictional but the gist of the stories revolve around the problems that some or most of us must have experienced in our real life. Avanti and Suhaas both have a painful past which has left them devastated. Both are dealing it in their own way where we get to see that Suhaas is somewhat expressive but Avanti is still lost and can’t come up to face the reality.  Soon, she is introduced to Suhaas and she is a bit afraid to share her number or talk to him. She is somewhat confused by his entry into her life but at the same time there is a strong pull which makes her want to know more about him.
